Your participation in our Events is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By participating in our Events you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Celebrity Shinny and its licensors.

Your participation in our Events is at your sole risk. The Events are organized on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Event is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Ticket Sales

All sales are final and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances, such as events being Canceled. Review your event before purchasing. Policies set forth by Facilities generally prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased.

Shinny/Pick-Up Game Rules

​

To Participate

To be eligible to play you must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
Shinny is to be played at an average pace, with no hot doggers, or excessive backchecking.
Shinny Game will run for 1hr less flood.
Both teams must be ready to play at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
Read the Room Rule - A Shinny game will have an average speed, stay within it. 
If your team is winning by a wide margin slow it down. 
Organizers reserve the right for in-game trades.
Everybody touches the puck, no matter the skill, all players are included.
Next Goal Wins Rule - The bulk of the Shinny game if played at a fun pace without keeping score. During the final 1-2 minute next goal wins is announced.
Standard non-contact rules apply.
No slap shots
Only CSA-approved equipment is allowed.
No center red line (blue line icing). Automatic icing in effect.
Fighting will result in an immediate and automatic ejection from the ENTIRE event.
Any player receiving 3 penalties will result in immediate and automatic game ejection. Event organizers reserve the right to determine any additional or subsequent discipline.
Any lack of control exhibited by a player will result in the ejection of the game and possibly the remainder of the event.
All event rules and regulations are subject to change, and any decisions made by organizers are final. Other conditions may apply.
